Our Mission

The mission of this hospital is to fulfill the needs of our clients and patients by providing quality health care and service through responsive, sensitive, patient, and professional staff with emphasis on individual attention and a commitment to serve the community.

Our Policies

Appointment Policy

Our office hours are by appointment. If your pet is sick, please call to schedule an appointment early in the day. This will enable us to prepare for your pet’s arrival and give us sufficient time to evaluate and treat your pet before our business day ends. For after-hours emergencies, please contact Affiliated Emergency Veterinary Service in Eden Prairie at 952-942-8272.

Payment Policy

Payment is due in full at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, personal checks, and most major credit cards. For more costly procedures, we can provide information from credit companies who may arrange extended payments for qualified individuals. We also have information concerning pet health insurance.

We accept personal checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

E-mail Policy
We do not give medical advice, accept prescription orders, or conduct hospital business via e-mail. Please contact us by phone or in person.
Late Arrivals Policy

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late for their appointment may need to reschedule or make other arrangements.

Appointment Cancellation Policy
Please give us a 24-hour notice to cancel an outpatient appointment and a 48-hour notice for a surgical appointment. Failure to do so may result in a missed-appointment charge. We appreciate your understanding.
Disclaimer
Advice or information provided via email or elsewhere on our website is intended for educational purposes only. It is not intended to replace the veterinarian/patient relationship that is required to maintain the health of your pet. Your pet should be seen yearly by a veterinarian for regular check-ups and immunizations. A veterinarian cannot diagnose any ailment in a pet without examining the animal. This is not an emergency consultation service! If you feel that your pet is in immediate danger, contact your regular veterinarian or emergency veterinary clinic as soon as possible.
