She then traveled to Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine for her first three years of schooling and finished her veterinary education back at the University of Minnesota in 2014. Morgan chose general practice because she enjoys all fields of medicine, particularly building lifelong relationships with clients and their pets. One of her favorite aspects of veterinary medicine is helping people understand their pets’ health care and educate them on being an active part of caring for their pets. Morgan lives in Watertown with her very supportive wife, Elayna, and their two mixed breed dogs, Theia and Beau; Frenchie named Padawan; four rescue cats, Zaldrizesse, Ollivander, Shadow, and Fluff; and their two equines, Payton the saddlebred and Cowboy the mule.

Dr. Aimee Meyer

Veterinarian

Dr. Aimee Meyer grew up in Minnetonka with frequent visits to her grandparents in Yorkshire, England. Her childhood included Oliver the Yorkshire Terrier, Harvey the Golden Retriever, and plenty of milk products from Meyer Brother’s Dairy in Wayzata. After college in Pennsylvania, a few years in research at HCMC, and four years at the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine Dr. Aimee began her veterinary career in rural Vermont. Two years of farm calls including dairy cows, horses, alpacas, and a variety of pets fulfilled the joy of experiencing a James Herriot lifestyle. The next 20 years were spent at a small animal exclusive practice in South Minneapolis. Dr. Aimee is thrilled to be back home in Minnetonka where she lives with five amazing cats and a very tolerant Frenchman, Robert. Dr. Aimee enjoys all aspects of canine and feline medicine and can’t wait to be a part of your pet’s health care team.
